My work is to use the sphere of athletics to help impart valuable life lessons to the young men who will shape the future of the world in which we live.
I am committed to inspiring, equipping, and empowering young people to reach their full potential: on the field, in the classroom, in the community, and in the Game of Life.

Another mission of this site is to help coaches, teachers, parents, and mentors learn how to become better role-models and develop an understanding of how to expand their influence to positively impact the lives of young people. My objective is to better the coaching profession, so that the proud individuals who call themselves “Coach” can increase their impact and expand their sphere of positive influence.
By adding to the range of information available to football coaches, I hope to help to contribute to the success of not only football programs, but more importantly, to the success of the young men who play the game. It is my aim to help improve the development of student-athletes, and the noble men who lead them toward their potential.
